Ordering

What services do you offer?

Our main business is on-demand 3D printing (FDM). We also offer 3D modelling, 3D scanning and finishing, and on request resin printing, CNC machining and laser cutting.

Which file formats do you accept?

STL, 3MF, STEP (STP), OBJ, AMF and SVG. You see your part in 3D as soon as you upload the file.

I don’t have a 3D file. What can I do?

Send us a sketch, a drawing, photos or the part itself. We model it for you, or scan it at 0.05 to 0.1 mm accuracy.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free account lets you see prices and follow your requests. You can create it with your email or your Google account.

Prices and lead times

How is the price calculated?

Our software slices your part just as for the real print: the price depends on the material used, print time, precision, quantity and finishing. The price shown includes VAT and delivery.

How long does it take?

Our usual lead time is 1 to 2 business days once we have the file and the order is confirmed. Large series and parts to be modelled take longer: we state the lead time in our offer.

Does the price drop with quantity?

Yes. For several parts we work out how many fit on one build plate and share the machine time, which lowers the price per part.

How do I pay?

How to pay is stated in our confirmed offer. Unless it says otherwise, we start production once payment has been received.

Parts and production

What is the maximum size?

Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Beyond that, we study your part and offer to print it in several assembled pieces.

How many parts can you print?

It depends on their size. To give an idea, we print more than 30 kg of filament a day.

How is the part oriented?

Our tool finds the best position automatically: a flat side on the plate, little support and a low height. You can also keep your file’s orientation or turn the part yourself.

Do you deliver?

Yes, by Swiss Post across Switzerland. You can also collect your order in Geneva.

Files and confidentiality

Are my files confidential?

Yes. Your files are stored on our own server in Switzerland and only used to price and produce your order. They are never shared or published.
